High pitch noise upon acceleration from stop

doesn't do it everytime, but on some days i hear this noise when acceerating from a stop...it's a high pitch squeal or whistle or something...apologize for sound quality, but it's there each time accerating from a stop...any thoughts much appreciated...

seconds 2 thru 4, 15 thru 18 and 26 thru 27

There is a service bulletin out there for this... it's the rear brakes, specifically the wear sensor I think.

So does this mean a free fix for those out of warranty?

My car is still covered under the Service & Warranty package and my S/A said BMW stopped covering squeaks/squeals...

Only thing Crevier did was check my brake pads.

Got to be pretty loud to be able to hear it in the cabin. Did you try listening with the windows down ?

...the vid is with driver window down...not too bad in cabin with window up, but people outside the car must think it's about to fall apart...
