Got pulled over for tint in PA, is it worth fighting?

A cop followed me home from work last night and gave me a warning, saying I have 5 days to remove the tint from my front doors. He said the back window is fine, but it is illegal to have any tint on the front door windows in PA. I know the common opinion is that all tint in PA below 70% is illegal, but after reading this site: http://www.berksweb.com/users/dmv/tint/ I'm not so sure.

Assuming that the information on the site above is not complete BS, should I bother fighting it? The statute I violated is:
Quote:
TITLE 75 Section 4524 (e)(1) of the Pennsylvania Common Statutes states that

(1) No person shall drive any motor vehicle with any sun screening device or other material which does not permit a person to see or view the inside of the vehicle through the windshield, side wing or side window of the vehicle.
The way that is worded as "windshield, side wing or side window", as long as I don't have the windshield tinted I should be legal?

I think I am going to take the tint off, although I think it will look stupid having just the back window tinted with nothing on the fronts. Maybe I'll wait a bit and redo the fronts with 35% or 50%

After getting tired of receiving tint tickets I started going real light. Still functional in keeping the heat out but sacrifice the privacy. On my Z I went 35 rear and 50 sides which makes it passable on a sunny day, not too obvious. On my 1-er I plan to go even lighter of 60 side and 45 rear which should pass for near oem.

Had my Honda Accord tinted in the morning. Parked in the shopping center to buy groceries. When I came out, the township police called me over and told me it's illegal to have the front windows tinted, and my tints are too dark, and said you could get a ticket, However, I'm giving you a warning. I thanked him and went home and removed the tint from all the windows. I live in a small town where cops are all over. I didn't want any problems over the tints, nor did I want to disrespect the officer who gave me the warning.
