May have to sell my car :( What's it worth? - E91 335d
Hi, might be ending up with a company car and not sure I can justify two cars (plus motorbike) and also don't really have the room.
If I were to sell my car I'm not sure what it's worth, can't find any similar on Autotrader and I'm not sure webuyanycar.com is a good reference as they only offered £72 for my previous E39!! The car is a 2007 (07 plate) E91 335d in Lemans Blue with Lemon Dakota Leather interior with brushed aluminium trim. It's done 71k with full service history, either main dealer or specialised Indy. Just had oil, brake fluid and rear pads done. Will have new rear tyres by the time I do sell (if I need to). Immaculate bodywork, fully detailed and loved! Spec (not sure what's std on a 335?): M Sport iDrive Leather Electric folding mirrors eMaps remapped No idea what it's worth so just trying to get a feel. Really don't want to get rid but will need to travel with work and rules mean you can't use your own car |

We buy any car will be within a couple K to be honest on a car like that.
E91 335d's are rare. Apparently less than 500? I have one. I would say, if you want to actually sell it, around £12-13k. You could put it up at £15k and wait a while, or there may well just be someone willing to pay that price. An example though, a few months back, when I put mine up for sale at £22.5k (2010 LCI with 30k on it, and a few nice extras), I was getting nothing but offers at £17-18k. Which was a little lower than the trade-in price, at that time. There are LOADS of cheeky bastards out there. I did get a couple at £21k, which in hindsight I should have taken, but I couldn't get the good deal on the replacement. So if you put it up for £15k or so, you might get a few guys chancing their luck, but it might be at a price suitable to you. |

It's very rare but you can get a 335 in manual

I would be seriously tempted at 12.5-13k!
Wonder what my e92 is worth. |

You can get the 335i in a manual, but I'm pretty sure the 335d is auto only. Unless it's been converted.

This is definitely going to have to go. Got confirmation today that I'll be ordering a company car - F30?
Just a heads up that I will therefore be selling in a month or so if anyone is starting to look.... |
