What tires fit 18'' BMW Star spoke rims?

I'm planning on changing my Continental Contisport Contact SSR tires for some all seasons to deal with the winter. I have 18'' star spoke rims (http://www.shopbmwusa.com/PRODUCT/37...CenterId=65775)

I was wondering which size tires would fit these, and which would be best for a f30 328i.

Also, what RFTs would people recommend? I'm looking for something that'll last, and do well in light snow (not getting dedicated winter tires because I live in Manhattan, so very little to no snow). My wife's recently pregnant, so my priorities have shifted from performance to saftey!

You can change your summer RFT tires out for similarly-sized all-season RFTs (the tire sizes are on the sidewalls). If you have the staggered summer setup, it's 225/45-18 front and 255/40-18 rear with 18x8 wheels front and 18x8.5 rear. If you have the same size tires all around, 225/45 width front and rear on 18x8 wheels is the "normal" wheel/tire size for the F30 (the staggered summer tires is an option).

Check Tire Rack or Discount Tire websites for good deals on tires - Michelin, Continental, GoodYear, Dunlop - any of the "name" brands would work well.

Oh probably wrong link, I have 18'' 18x8''s. Would 245/40s fit reasonably? After reading some reviews I think I want to get the Michelin Pilot Sports:

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....omCompare1=yes

but they don't have them in 225 setups, only 245. The review mentions that they tested the tires on a 2012 F30 328i, but I'm not sure what rims they used.
