tow hitch with a 1 1/4 inch receiver on a 335?

I found the following DIY and would like to know if the same hitch (or similar one) will fit on a 335? http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=57786 I have seen enzo's post of his e92 westfalia hitch, but his is a ball hitch and I am looking for a 1 1/4 inch box hitch.
