This color looks great as well! This, EB, and red are my favorite

B-e-a-utiful. Now that we have a proper picture of Mineral Grey, the last point of intrigue for me would be a well-lit rear shot so we can see how the color meshes with the diffuser.

On further thought, I'd also like to see some other angles and lighting before I'm fully convinced the color is perfect. This photo answers the wheel match question for me, but I wonder if I would still love the mirrors on Mineral Grey when the US spec arrives without the shiny slats in the front bumper. Given that the US spec won't have them, it looks like the kidney grill frame is the last piece that really works with the mirrors. I have every intention of blacking out the grill frame, which may require blacking out the mirrors at the same time so they aren't such an outlier on the car.
Either way, thanks for the pic! Best one to date! |

I don't think the Terra has any orange in it per se - it's more like medium brown w a hint of burgundy - no where near as orange as saddle brown, so I think u'll be very pleased w Terra. I personally prefer the saddle brown w a hint of orange, as it is sportier and stands-out better. I'm truly torn as to whether to order an M235i w mineral grey on Terra, or mineral white on terra, and not sure if this Terra will look as good as the beloved saddle brown. Also torn whether to go w finewood trim or brushed aluminum - leaning towards the wood? Pics w/b nice but hard to come by...

Anybody have more pictures of this? I'm between Mineral Grey and Black Sapphire Metallic, but after seeing the Detroit pictures, BSM looks like a color waiting to be destroyed. I imagine it's impossible to maintain. Hoping I don't get that vibe from other pics of MG.

I guess it really depends on how much you enjoy dealing with car washes, waxes and paint maintenance. |

I'm not big on maintenance. I will do it to keep the car in shape, but I don't find it particularly relaxing unless I find myself on a Saturday with virtually nothing else to do. I'm also coming over from a black Jeep Grand Cherokee with a virtually indestructible paint job, so the change would be even more jarring. Obviously I plan on caring a lot more for the 235 than my current car, as the 235 will be a long-awaited return to something resembling an enthusiast's car; but I don't want to make this harder on myself than it needs to be. Thanks for the input. |

Yeah with all the dash etc I like it. With just seats I don't. I nearly went for it on mine but it just looks too showy for my liking. Not classy enough. Just me i guess.
