Up for sale is a BMW "Enhanced Premium Sound Package" aka Individual Audio amp from a 2011 M3. Please check to make sure it fits your car. There were 3 different models of the EPS amp available for the M3. This is the latest version.

Good upgrade for people without Enhanced Premium audio - will require coding and installation if you don't have EPS.

This is the amplifier for the OEM BMW M3 (also E60 M5/M6) "Enhanced Premium" audio system. You can replace it if yours is broken or upgrade if you can code the system to accept the amplifier. Enhanced Premium audio is an higher end option not available to non-M model cars.
