Does anyone have confirmed residuals for the M3/M4? My dealer is saying they won't have any information until start of productions (March).

Gonna guess 50% for a 36 month lease, and around 41% for 48 month lease.

Wow that is very low if accurate compares to US Which will likely see upper 50s for a 36k lease for 10,12,15k miles. What residuals did Canada have last two years?

Yes residuals in Canada are lower than US by a great margin. My dealer is estimating 48% for 36 months.

Americans and their cheap lease deals I wish we can get that here.

48% sounds low for a 36 month term, but you never know. We Canadians always get shafted with crappier deals compared to the US.

Actually, just went on the bmw.ca website. For the 2013 M3 coupe, for a 24K km lease. 36 months is 45%, and 48 months is 36%.
Ouch!
