Who cares? Those are more fun to drive. In the end isn't that what really matters?

X2 to the above statement. Both cars good for various reasons. Ill buy another boxter and let the wind flow thru my bald head. Also not unfair it's a market thang. But who cares they r all fun right! But thanks for the vids to keep us busy.

Right on brotha!

As I keep saying, yes the Porsche is slower in straight line, but driving a Porsche through the corners is way more fun, just an overall more connected feeling to the car. Not to mention faster than the M5 on the track.

To be honest, I rather have the 911 over the M5 anyday. But I am lucky to enjoy both of these cars, and trust me, until you own a 911 you dont know what your missing out on!

Unfair.... nah I think its a right comparison.

Your paying 190K+ for Porsche, their fit and finish, the design, the technology, the AWD, Carbon breaks, crazy front fenders that extend and close, that PDK is super fast compared to the M5 DCT, the engine and etc. Add it all together with options, yeah its almost twice the price of the M5, and in a way its twice the car the M5 from a technology point of view. Oh, not to mention a 10 second car.

+1000. Perfectly stated. If you want to compare top end cars of the brands then compare them.
