BMW Dealer.... A Drug Cartel Warning?! WTF!?

I just received this text...... WTF!?

My car is actually booked in this Friday for a service with them?

Pissed off employee? Should I let them know?

I can't see what number it came from?

Man you guys across the pond are really rocking. Next time you go back, try to buy a dime sack.

Obviously someone who's upset with the dealer, spamming them.

I'd contact the dealers just out of interest and inform them/question their use of recreational drugs

Some of Berry are ok.

But stay. The. FUCK. Away from Berry Heathrow.

Total cowboy clown idiots. Worst dealership I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

The people on reception seem OK, but every member of service staff I've dealt with there have been complete ass hats.

According to a mate of mine Chiswick aren't much better either.

Special shouts for Cooper Cobham BMW, Sytner Sunningdale BMW, Elms Cambridge BMW - personal experience of all 3 actually being capable of processing basic information, unlike Berry Heathrow.

Dave

Duly warned.

I hear what you're saying Mega.... I've had shit experiences with Heathrow when they took 10 days to install my portable navigation (fitting instructions stated 1 hour) but surely they can't mess up a fuel & air filter service?

Anything more complex... I'd go elsewhere!?

I still can't believe I got this text!?

Funny you say Coopers Cobham are one of the decent ones - my recent experiences with them were shocking but I guess I could have just been unlucky.
