Interior LED's

Hello

I was thinking of changing the interior lights on my e91 to the bright white LED's and was wondering if anyone had done this and could recommend a good place to source a set?

Thanks

I just did mine and got it from e92-lighting. I like mine but it was kind of a pain to receive. However, I've ordered from them before with no problems so I'm chalking it up to a bad week on their part. I know a lot of people have bought from highperformancebulbs and have had great experience with them as well.

I've just replaced all of my bulbs in my E91 from a company in the netherlands www.retrofitlab.com they do a kit for the E91 consisting of 17 replacement leds for 59.99 EUROS and delivery is 1.50 EUROS. They do two colour temperatures 4300k (oem white) or 6000k (slight tinted blue) I went for the oem white and they are extremely white and bright and they fade and dim exactly like the original bulbs do. They are canbus certified so you get no bulb malfunction warnings due to leds drawing approx 85% less current.

I did this on mine too. Makes a huge difference visually.

Bought them from these guys. All worked like a charm and pretty simple to fit:

I got mine off eBay too, lots of the branded sets are stupidly bright whereas the eBay set I got were white but a fairly standard brightness.

Bought a set pretty much the same as Nobber, about £25 and no faults at all.

10 min max to do the whole lot in my E91.
Under each door, foot wells, glove box, courtesy light front and back, all 4 map lights and 2 in the boot.

Most kits don't seem to be correct for the E91 as they list it one short thinking there isn't 2 in the boot so check

Cool how long did they take to arrive? I was looking at the set from Holland that bmwspeed01 recommended but after seeing yours at that price you can't argue

There you go mate- sorry I forgot I posted that first link. Them 'kits' are a rip off, they rely on people not being arsed looking into what bulb are required

Awesome.

Cheers I'll order some right now. Works out a lot cheaper. Don't suppose you know what extra ones I need for a e91 over a coupe? Read somewhere e91's have 17 bulbs?

Just looked in my drivers map light and there's a dead spider in there lol god knows how he got in there it's quite a big one lol
