its pretty much always on sport mode if your driving a manual. as for AT you can move the shifter to the left on DS mode where throttle response is sensitive and RPMs rev higher. it pretty much makes your car feel faster because its always on a lower gear.

I seen sport buttons on IS and M models

Try searching on the forums there's alot of great info out there. Although i am sure there is more then one brand that is "BRIGHT WHITE" & no error codes Mtec sounds like what you're looking for . There's alot of positive reviews on Lux also which gives you the opportunity to change the brightness whenever.
Here is some info on Mtech http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=194278

Both lights are fairly easy to install lots of other people have done reviews on how to do so and youtube is also very helpful with those two things you should be fine either route you go buy some people complain because Lux lights "flicker" when you turn them off and its an un natural look but to each is own i think they look just fine and flickering isnt something that bothers me

lux or mtec! halo eyes install is a complete pain because the opening is in in the front wheel bases. Basically have to remove/turn front tires to get into the housing. Have fun!

for MT there is a sport button i believe for AT its like someone said you just move the gear lever to the left while in D then DS should appear on your instrument cluster. For angel eyes honestly i have LUX and although they look fine during sunset/night they are disappointing during the day. Only the inner rings are visible whereas the outer rings almost appear to be just off. I don't know how mtec looks during the day but if i had the chance i would've just saved that money towards an OSS or Bavarian Xclusive setup.

While they're not the whitest I got rid of the DRL error with a $15 gp thunder 2 7500k h8 off eBay. Quick and easy until I can afford something whiter and fancier.

I think this is only true for the sedan? Or maybe its certain MY? Or do you mean replacing the whole headlight? On my e92 I had access to the halo bulbs from a compartment door right under the hood. Although unless you have baby hands its a super tight fit.

hey you guys i have another question what i have notice is a small knocking sound when putting my car on park it is a automatic .

more detail:

if i am driving and say i am going to park my car and i am on d

and if i go from d (drive) directly to p (park) it gives me a knocking sound idk if its from the tranni or the gear box or if its normal in these cars like i said I'm new to this i just bought the car 3 days agao ...

but check this out if i put the car on n (neutral) then p (park) the knocking sound won't happen so lately thats what i have been doing when i park my car instead of going from d to p
instead i go to neutral first then park

has anyone came across this problem should i worry ?

the car drives perfectly fine shifts perfectly fine i believe that is the only thing wrong that i see and feel

Duralast brakes? Do not put them on your car. Oem or Oem supplier (ATe) is the minimum that the should be done. There's plenty of performance upgrades out there, turner motorsports got some nice rotors for example, but you really don't want to house brand brake components from a mass discount store on a 335.
