I wouldn't trust that list from a consumer's point of view. The only award winner in GA is the only dealer I will never step foot in again. The best (Athens BMW) has not made this list in recent years. It is a small dealership an hour from north Atlanta and they treat you like you're related to the owners and do the repairs right the first time. They also sell at much bigger discounts than the other dealers around Atlanta.

Good point, most of the criteria is not related to customer.

The best dealership is the one that can actually fix your car and care about their customer.
Don't get this list confused, this top dealer thing could just be based on sales and not service.
A dealer with a good parts department and service department are the most important.

I can vouch for Hendrick BMW at #1 - they've been nothing but great. Haven't purchased a car from them, but have used them a lot for service, and they've been good to work with.
