I see you're in Westchester, as am I! I'm interested to hear how long it takes to get from NJ to your dealer. Where did you order from? Westchester BMW? Pace?

Mine only finished production on Monday (3/3) so I still have a little time to wait.

Out of curiosity, how do you all know such small details about your individual car's production and delivery pipeline?

My car got to Baltimore on Feb 26th aboard the Parsifal. Haven't heard anything on a delivery date though. Assuming nothing will be delivered until the March 8th roll-out date for this model.

For the poster that asked, you can track your vehicle on bmwusa.com once you get your production number. For more specific information, see your CA he has access to everything including ship, delivery, etc.

My car arrived in LA,CA on Friday--just sent my signed agreement back to David Aviles, and my car will be making it towards Indiana as soon as he has those documents in hand.



I am guessing by next Friday or Saturday, I should have it...

I willl still have my 135 for a few days when the 2er arrives, so I plan to do some comparison shots and impressions for sure.

Is the march 8 roll out, a specified date for customer ordered cars, as opposed to the demos that have already been released??

The car you're referencing is in Germany. I'm not sure that is relevant to US cars. I know my dealer has already sold 1 M235i and a 228i. My M235i arrived at port today, should be here in a few days.

The last car I ordered only took two days from arrival at Port Hueneme, CA to delivery at the dealership in Henderson, NV.

I just got home from talking with my dealer. There is not a hold to sell the M235i from BMW as far he knows. He thinks my car will be there on Friday and I can buy it as soon as it shows up.

I think I have seen your e36 on auto trader?? Does it have under 10k miles on it?

I got my m235 from Andrew Miller at Greenwich BMW. Great guy and a genuine enthusiast.

My car may be on the same cargo ship as yours. I've been waiting 3 weeks since productions ended, but it still says its waiting at port. I think my car would be dropped off in New Jersey then trucked over to Boston, MA.
