Help! Spacer size

Just bought a m235i and want to know what is the best option for spacers front and rear I was thinking 12 front and 20mm rear please let me know if anyone has experience.

What I can guess is the offset is the same as 1 series.
So you can try front 10-12 mm. and rear 12-15 mm.
I'm running 10 mm on front and rear without any issue.

10mm rear spacers will not fit, I've tried it. The hub ring is longer on the Fxx cars than the Exx (see my other thread in this section). You need a minimum of 13mm in the rear.

Soon I will order a set of 13-15mm for the rear and stick my 10mm on the front.

sorry for my ignorance, but how hard is to put the spacers on?

Do you just take the wheels off, put the spacer on top of the rotor, put the wheel back on ?

yes but make sure you get the right bolts/length.

I believe they are m14x1.25?

you have to resize, 1600x1600 is the biggest. just open in preview if you have a mac and "resize"
