Hard to tell just from looking at it. What really matters is how it functions.

Does that tire lose any air while driving?
Is there a vibration that cannot be fixed by balancing?
Are you taking this wheel to the race track?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions you should replace the wheel. Otherwise you're probably OK.

Actually jus had them road force balanced and they weren't really vibrating, they aren't vibrating now either. I was thinking of jus rolling with it since it's like 150$ to get the rim rebent and I don't really wanna risk making the rim any weaker.

I have definitely seen worse. That bend looks like it could potentially be fixed. I would take it to a wheel repair specialist and price out a repair, as well as price out a replacement.
