I recently bought an OFT. I didn't install it yet because I need to take it to the dealership for a misfire (injector). I was wondering if I just install it and don't flash a Map, will the dealership see that it is installed on the car. I want to use it to data log and read the DME codes.

Even if u flash it they won't know, that's the beauty of oft

I thought that they could tell when it was flashed last?
