Codes 2C32 and 2C6A after DP Fix install, thoughts?

Hi folks,

I got the following codes about a week after installing my DP fix:

2c32 - lambda probe

2c6a - after cat o2 sensors switched

My car also put out a CEL.

I've installed the DP fix previously without issue and I took my time with it this time around as well. I was thinking about opening it tonight to see if any of the wires came loose in the computer. Any other ideas? Anyone have a similar experience before?

Ok folks, here's the problem / resolution so there's a record in case anyone else experiences something similar.

When I opened up the ecu, the red male wire on the DP fix (the one that plugs into wire 23) was broken at the connection point. I had to remove the DP fix and will need to order a new one.

Swap your o2 sensors after the DP, towards the rear.
