Bimmer tech
Hi... Has anyone been able to get in contact with bimmer tech personnel recently. I have sent a couple of msgs to their customer service email yet no answer or call back. I called their US phone number too but its always busy. So here is my question. I want bimmer tech to activate my sirius radio. I know they send the cable and remotely control your laptop to activate the radio. What operation system does the laptop ve to be windows or OSX? Thank you.

I am not sure what email address you used but we usually reply within 24-48 hours to all emails sent to info@bimmer-tech.net I admit we do not use PMs... As for the Sirius retrofit you need a Windows laptop or a Mac running Windows (a virtual machine would be fine). |
