R compound life

How long are your R compound tires lasting at road course track days?

My Nitto's have weathered about 6 hours so far with about another 2-3 left. I have rotated them front to rear, left to right, and dismounted them inside to outside. So far, very happy with their life expectency.

Garage List
My pilot sport cups have had three days so far...or about 3.5 hours...and I drove them to one of the events that was 185 miles away. They look to have at least double that or more left.

How do you guys figure out when to dismount and flip? My damn Victoracers don't have the cute divots in them to let you know how much rubber is left before the cords.
