Talking 335xD Ordered

Just signed on the dotted line for a 335xD. Still a little shocked over the deal.

List of car was £48k and bought for £38k. Finance was also good. Just put 10% down and monthly payments over 3 years were £460, but went for 2 years.
Car is actually cheaper monthly than my old M135, which was well spec'd but wasn't fully loaded.

Spec of the car

Sapphire Black
M Sport Plus package
Professional Nav
Visibility Pack
Adaptive Suspension
Camera
Heated Seats
Online Entertainment
Head Up Display

Hope to pick it up on Friday, but 10 days maybe more realistic. Might not of chosen all the options - online entertainment and camera, but as I wanted Black and all the others I was a little limited on the cars available.

Nice car, nice spec... in black for full on hearse look!

So I assume it is one that has been specced and ordered already, but you will be first registered owner?

Congrats. I just bought a very similar new car from dealer stock which I have had for a week and a half. It is a great car.

The M135i sounds quite expensive, but I think you can get much better deals on most BMWs these days, like the one you just bought.

Enjoy the new toy.

I think its about 22-23%. Just told the dealer to match Drive the Deal.
Coming from Sytners.

Congrats on the order... Now the wait!

Frustrating that I ordered in the last quarter and got 5% less of discount and it's not even arrived yet...

On the bright side the car is at status code 9000 (Departed Plant) and I am hoping one saving grace with the discounts is that the FGV is lower now and therefore payments will be about the same.

Congrats on the order.. how do you find these cars - just ask the dealer to look at existing stock?

With my quoted delivery date now back from April 15th to June 27th (ordered Jan 25th. As per the T&C's I can now walk from the deal with my deposit refunded, unless they can deliver in 7 days, which doesn't seem likely. I'd compromise a bit on my spec to get a discount like that and a delivery time of 10 days!

Do you recall the deposit contribution? It was 3400 saloon/3650 touring when I ordered, think I read it's gone up to 4250/4400 which would explain the better DTD prices.

I think there has been an increase in BMW subsidy that helped my deal.

Yes we just looked on the main system. There were about 6 black and 5 blue around (didn't look at the other colours) Dealer would probably need to swap stock for them.

Funny you should say that I managed similar with my Estoril F31 330xd from Sytner, beating all other dealers in the area:

Estoril Blue
Advanced Parking Pack
Interior Comfort Pack
M Sport Plus Pack
Pro Nav Pack
Visibility Pack
Heated Steering Wheel (I'm a wuss!!)
Adaptive Suspension
Sunblinds
Folding/Dipping Mirror
Electric Seats & Lumbar
Heated Seats
Lane Change Warning (for the wife honest!!)
Active Cruise with Stop and Go
Head Up Display
Speed Limit Display
Enhanced Bluetooth

Flipping hell just realised how long that list is!!! Just under 40k matching Drive the Deal and delivered by end of next month. £10k deposit and just over £400 a month.

Is it because MY2015 that MY2014 are getting 20% or more off?

I negated to mention I spec'd the marmite leather which most will deem a sin!! (red!!)

Can't stand the dark interior when all black and looked at a demo car with beige which was awful, plus not the best colour with a little 'un on the way!!

Now just keep thinking with the 335 deals I should change it to that But I'm sure the 330 will be enough!
