Driving seat position in M Sport

Ju st wondering how everyone finds the seat position for driving? i am 6ft 1, medium build but the demo car I tried today made me feel like I was 6ft 6. I presume the seat was set weird? Also the steering wheel feels quite big so catches on my knee a bit. I presume the seat is infinitely adjustable though? Is the wheel and pedals still slightly offset like in the last one?

The seat is very adjustable.

It's worth spending a while moving it around to how you want, remember the tilt and leg support bit as well.

What's the tilt for? I thought you'd just have it level?

Well I'm 6'2" and I find the seat both comfortable and easily adjustable for reach etc. to get it right for you, you just need to play with the controls.

It just adds that little extra adjustment.

Best thing to do is have a play with all settings, seat and wheel and find what you are happy with.

Then get out of car, leave it a bit then go for a drive without adjusting it again.

You soon start to notice what needs sorted.

i'm only 6ft but like a fair bit of head room.
so i drop the seat down to it's lowest setting,
then slide and tilt to get a comfortable angle for legs,
then i adjust steering wheel.
usually needs a bit of tweaking after driving.

Took me about 2 weeks to get the seat set right in mine. Just had it perfect then the Mrs went in and changed it! Should've went for the memory seats!

I found I was getting terrible pain in my upper back between my shoulder blades. I have tilted the seat base so the front is up a bit, this really helped.
