e93 08 335i Automatic headlights (one side on and one side off - varies)
Hi guys
Anyone have this issue when they're driving at night time where one headlight (yellow beam) is on and the other is off? I can see the reflection off the car in front of me and it just seems a bit odd. This is the yellow beam coming out of the smaller angel eye (inner). It turns on for a while then turns off automatically and sometimes both are on and sometimes only one is on. Is this normal behaviour? I set my headlights on auto. |

It's the cornering light working in tandem with the adaptive hid.
Relax. It's how it's supposed to work.

Cornering lights, if you turn the lights off auto... the main headlights will stop swiveling around corners and also the cornering (yellow) lights will turn off.

Are the cornering lights standard with the dynamic xenons? I have the dynamic xenons that turn as the steering wheel does but the halogens in the centre seem to be reserved for flashing the high beam.

Get/find a gf, get her to turn the wheel while you are outside and look.
