My first BMW new M550i

I had been debating whether I wanted to go with an M550i or M3 for a bit and finally decided to go for the M550i, so here's my first ever BMW. Photos taken at pickup.

It's so incredibly powerful and fun to drive. Admittedly already have the need for more power, but I'm sure that'll come down the road a bit.

Great looking ride! My first M550i is sitting on the Phoenix Leader, which is at anchor off Port Hueneme, CA. Need to get that car off loaded and through US Customs and on to VPC.

US Customs is the least of your worries. Lol. In many cases new vehicles on RORO carriers are pre cleared before the ship docks. On occasion Customs will spot inspect a few cars.

Thanks for the input! I didn't think customs would be an issue, just time. I feel like a kid on Christmas Eve.

I shouldn't have to wait much longer. Called the Genius this morning when I saw that I had gone from "In Transit" to "At The Port". She confirmed that the Phoenix Leader off loaded it's vehicles yesterday, and my 2023 M550i arrived at the VPC at midnight. She said the best estimate is that my vehicle would arrive at the dealership (Chapman in Phoenix) on August 28th, but may need a day or two of prep before it is ready for pick up.

These are 20' rims? Do you know the model name?

In Poland we dont have option to order M550i with Black rims

I ordered the 19" rims as our roads are in rough condition and want to avoid bending or damaging rims. The 19's will also offer a better ride.

That is the Grey poplar trim with mocha. I'll see if I can't remember to get some for you.
