Plan for Your Next Car
Wondering what your plan is for your next car? Anyone switching soon? I have such hard time leaving my M3, it has been modified exactly the way I want it and it is such an amazing car. However I am thinking to add this as my weekend car:

I love the ///M family, but you can't argue with some of the corvettes. Just amazing performance for the money you spend.

I think I have a psychological disease where I immediately start thinking about the next car as soon as I buy the one I've been wanting to buy!
I am planning to keep my e93 long term and add a fun daily once the e93 is paid off. I would love to add an f80 M3 to go along with my e93 M3. I am also considering a X5, 5 series, or porsche macan, depending on my budget. But I'm not sure what would make me want to replace the e93...nothing that I can think of right now (unless it starts to have major issues).

I like everything about the M4 except the sound. I just can't bring myself around to buy the M4 if nothing can be done to improve the sound.
S65 cold start sounds so much more exciting with the rpm cycling a little with a bit of boxer tone in it. S55 starts up and flat line with a metallic rattling sound. I'm hoping some aftermarket exhaust would at least make the S55 sound more exciting because the Downshift sounds PISS WEAK compared to the S65. I'm contemplating on an Audi R8 5.2 but its too wide with minimum boot space. May end up going to C63 to keep the V8 sound. M6 Coupe is a no because the back seats seem smaller than the M3 even though its a rather large car. |

I'd actually like to get a C6 Z06. I just love that body style. The C7 looks like an Italian from the front, but that back end is just hideous IMHO. Maybe it will grow on me, but at this point it is reminiscent of something out of Mad Max...

I've had my fill of BMW for the time being. The E90 M3 is a keeper, and we'll be supplementing it with a Macan Turbo this Winter.

The streets are going to be flooded with new Z06's.

I'll probably move to a GTR in a year or two.

Love my E92 M.. had a C6 Z06...the new Z06 is bananas but that rear end is like confusion in a blender. Would love to keep my E92 but had my eye on the Ford Raptor for a while now. If i could keep my M and have something else .... Raptor without a doubt. |

My M3 recently went out of warranty. Although there are no issues with it (knock wood!), I'm starting to think about a replacement. My short list, in no particular order: M4, Corvette Z51 and Cayman GTS.

I've only had the M3 for two months and I'm already thinking of moving on. In no particular order, I'll go for one of the following: X5 X-drive35i, Range Rover Evoque, or Mercedes CLS550. The E90's a great car, I'm just tired of driving a stick in the city. My last two M's were stick and I should've learned my lesson when I sold the last one.

I dunno, I like the numbers the z06 is but I really can't see myself doing a corvette as a DD again. It gets old. I'll probably wait to see what the M2 looks like then do that or a P car.

Cayman GT4 or 911 GT3 are the logical front runners for me. I also have high hopes for the Toyota FT1 to be released and perform as good as it looks. No other cars in that price range really interest me right now.

I have loved my M3s (have had two E92s 2008 and 2011) but since I got an M5 am actively thinking about a P-car. I test drove the Cayman S and 911 C2S. I'm going to get a C2S - working on selling the M3 or it will go in on trade.
The Vette is a great value and an amazing car. |
