what is this called? and what is the part number?

clock spring assembly? 61319122509 ?

Accidently pulled it out during steering swap and cant put the ribbon tape back in correctly.

Not sure but I thought the steering column only comes in a general assembly. Could be wrong though. Look on tischer....

Thanks guys. Stealership replaced for $366 parts and labor - rip off but she is back on the road. That was an expensive mistake - oops!
