I'm far from a M3/M4 proponent - quite the opposite actually (just not my style) - but is this a fair comparison? Of course a race is a race, and as an auto afficianado I'll watch any juxtaposition of cars. But objectively speaking, I was impressed the F80 was within bus lengths

Totally unfair comparison! The passenger in the F80 looked heavier and the driver had a full bladder...

Objects in your mirror (and camera) are closer than they appear. I did hear that Benz was the lower hp version (not the new 577hp) but whatever a win is a win.
