Thanks for your comments, videos dont do justice, anybody who has an akra system knows it is not raspy at all, next time will try to use a stereo shotgun mic that cancels out ambient noise
The supercharger wooshing is distinctive when you are at idle or very low rpms but once you hit the gas all you hear is the akra sound

I have same exact set up and I even have people with other m3's that have aftermarket exhausts come up to me saying that they've never heard an M like mine. Video definitely doesn't do justice!

Nope. I have Akra Evo and that still sounds raspy.

Do you have an akra Gt4? Not the same sound as the evo my friend!
That I know because I had an akra evo on my previous M3

still the same one, hasn't quite been a year yet lol. There is some CF shortage which is pushing back a lot of production as of late so I might have to hold onto it for a little longer then usual this go around. Going in hopefully friday or monday to finally install the Eisenamm exhaust system on my M4. Im sure it will not come close to the sound your beast makes but should def improve the current stock set up.

That is great! I heard last weekend an F80 M3 with an active downpipes and back slip, it was extremely loud, didnt like it, I think the Eisenamm system will sound much better

Akra GT4 system is incredible. The only way to describe it is like this: I was at a track day and an M3 with Akra GT4 was there and you knew he was out lapping because there was so much deep bass + exotic pitch to that exhaust that when he was screaming by at the closest point of the track to the pits at 8,000 RPM you could actually FEEL that in your chest. No other car could do that.

After that I wondered if my old set up sounded like that (MRF catless X + Akra slip) on the outside.
