Received this in the mail.

So I received this thing in the mail a few weeks ago along with the welcome package you get every time you buy a new BMW.
Asked the SA and service manager, neither knows what it is.

Any idea, guys?

This is either a USB drive with marketing material on it (plug it in to you computer) or it is a Flux Capacitor. Either way, congrats.

It turns out you guys are right, it's a 2GB usb stick full of M3, M4, M5 AND M6 official trailers.

I got a gift in the mail today also from BMW. It is a "tile" (one of the little white wireless/bluetooth transmitter/receivers that helps you find lost stuff) that has the BMW logo printed on it. I took delivery 2 weeks ago tomorrow.

For those wondering why you didn't receive anything, it might be due to the fact that these were international purchases. And given these guys pay sometimes double what we pay, it makes sense they deserve more in gifts

I took delivery on 30th Oct, and got welcome package 3 weeks after.
I got welcome package for both the 118i and X6 I bought many years ago.

Apart form the USB, also got a key ring, a booklet of M history, a complimentary BMW driving experience day(valued at AUD$1350), and 1 year BMW club membership.

A base M3/M4 in Australia starts from AUD$170,000, so more than double what you guys are paying.
