I bought a ESS 550, obtaining the tune lagged. I was upset. I bitched. Then tune came. YEA! Christmas is saved!

***The guys at European Auto Source planned on working a half day today to be able to spend time with there own family and loved ones, but stayed late to help me get my car done TODAY in time for Christmas. They all worked there asses off to help me get my car done and for that I am MOST thankful! So thank you all very much, Kevin, Tom, Steve and Sam the MAN!***

We do not do software this week as our tuner is in Europe with his family for the holidays. We also do not do it Christmas or New Years. Your file was sent about an hour ago so EAS should have it.

In the future if you plan to drop your car off for a supercharger install the week of Christmas and expect it back before Christmas Eve you should have the shop confirm our schedule.

Same thing happened with me, had to wait for the tune from some guy in europe. I was initially mad and frustrated but when i drove the car (625kit) all of the anger & frustration went out the window lol.

Dyno showed some very favorable numbers tonight, probably one of the highest VT1-550 kits we've ever seen to date.
