ED gone wrong?

Don't think so because of the French plates but - yikes! - someone had a bad day to find this missing from his intended parking spot in Paris today!

(Totally randomly came across it when walking back to apartment from the grocery store. Was all 'look! An M4! Oh dear god it is getting towed.....!')

We need a super secret sticker for all members so we can spot them easier!

I'm horrible but come on, you cant park like that and expect it be there when you return! Not in Paris where if I remember correctly 90% of people work on tow trucks. (statistics may be false but it seemed like that the last time I was there)

At least the driver put dollies under the rear wheels. When I've seen Washington DC tow trucks they just lift the front and tow with the rear wheels on the ground.

They all seem to, including both those my two European deliveries. They also have a red band to the right, indicating they are temporary.

Given who the op is, we can expect this to be humor. Lol we M drivers are very, very serious people!

It would be more hilarious if it was an ed, he was on his way to pick up the wife for a romantic dinner, stepped out for a bouquet and the mean man impounded his car! In this scenario naturally wife finds him crying with a bouquet of roses from the street and takes the M in the divorce settlement.

That would actually top all GG's ticket stories!

Yeah, sorry, knew it wast ED because as I said in the OP they are French plates (ie not German/tourist)

But I agree with lups. Would been funnier if it was ED. Would have also expected a thread about the design flaw in BMW not making the car tow proof. "c'mon BMW?!?!?!?!'

(Actually as we came in from CDG to the city all I was thinking was 'holy f am I glad I didn't try to drive lucy here' - to see a resident be brave enough to do it was nuts. Seeing the car get the hook took it to another level)
