This is a bit of a joke. It's a UK ad, but if you go to BMW uk website, the only accessory they have for the M4 is a carbon fibre gear selector. A while ago they didn't have any at all.

In the UK you still get Carbon Black on a few cars anyway.
M Sport exclusive on models like the 5 series and X5. It would be a individual colour for a M4 though
