Pretty entertaining.

Very cool. Wish there were some nice tunnels around here.

I still can't fathom how Jaguar can make a stock exhaust sound this loud.

It's mindblowingly amazing

I had one for the weekend. The "fake" noise gets rather annoying after a while

3:40: "BMW pumps their engine noise into the cabin, using the speakers. Jaguar just makes the car louder."

Yeah I love that line too, but the F-Type isn't Turbo-Charged. The ASD is more about engine induction sound than exhaust note, of which more and more BMW's are being made to where you can't hear any induction sound anymore. I do miss it sometimes. I don't foresee BMW using another naturally aspirated engine ever again.

I do love how Jag dumps extra fuel into the headers though to make that particular sound. Now there's a company who understands the character of a car by its sound.

Hard to say, just doesn't sound real. All that back fire shit sounds fake. I used to have a tvr cerbera 4.5 back in the day and jag are trying to make it sound the same with cats and all modern efficiency needs. I'm sorry, hard for me to put into words.

The AMG GTS dumps fuel in there too. I thought we were in save fuel mode with smaller, forced induction engines. What do we do with the saved fueled illusion? We dump it in there to make sounds. Clarkson would
be proud.

I drove an F-type S (supercharged 6 cylinder) for a week and I had the same feeling of loving to feather the throttle just to create the backfire on decel. I think I averaged 8 MPG for the week I had it. That car turned so many heads because of its sound.

I want that type of deep, loud obnoxious sound in my M5! This thing doesn't even sound like a V8...
