Confirmed: 2017 R8 will get Turbocharged Engine in its lineup

I knew this day would come. Sounds like they are going to do a turbo engine instead of offering the lower tiered V8 engine like the 1st generation did. My vote is for the V6, but I have no idea what an Inline 5 cylinder engine sounds like.

I suspect it will be a more powerful version of the TT V6 in the RS4. Surely it would be highly unlikely they'd stick a five cylinder engine in the back of the R8!

As long as a V10 is an option then a V4 can be ok for all I care. Just keep my V10s!!!!

Rs4 is a NA v8
