Enjoyed watching the video as always. Nice to know the car holds up well through all that abuse! Although I do feel a tad bad for it haha

i disagree with your assertion about the HP and TQ numbers. a cursory search of posted dyno numbers of the stock F8X is pretty consistent to the published HP/TQ numbers.

it could be the other way around, that competitors are overstating their power figures. and also, most of the class competitions that do have more power are also heavier, which is why the F8X remains competitive (or superlative). BMW M chassis control and predictability is a major reason why they shine so brightly on the track!

Keep in mind that dyno numbers are the hp/tq at the wheel not at the crank, so a car producing 410 at the wheel is loosing 15-18% through the drive train (more if AWD) so that car would be putting out 470 or more at the engine.

i was under the impression that manufacturer stated power figures are always "at the wheel".

if not, then they should be. because where the rubber meets the road is where it actually matters.

No because there are too many variables, they are always talking about the engine

Once again great video! Your videos are one of the things that pushed me off the sidelines to get an M4. Amazing to see the car handle the abuse you've thrown its way. As you say, it speaks to the incredible quality of these machines.

it is "losing" not "loosing"

sorry, that is a pet peeve of mine.

Thanks for the video-! Big Fan!

Thank You for the videos, always great to watch. Also love Tui

Just a quick question. Do you have a clear bra installed? and if not, how is the paint holding up in regard to small chips? Especially winter driving in the NE
