AT pulsing?

hi:
my 2008 has the GM auto trans. it has 102k miles on it, had fluid/filter changed at 95k. have owned car since 24k miles.

when accelerating in 2nd, 3rd, the trans seems to "pulse" or have some hesitation through the rpm band. particularly noticeable when A/C is on, but i kinda expect that since A/C will draw power.

any other GM AT owners have similar issues? the car did get an AA tune back in march 2015, but the hesitation has always been with car.
