e92 Spoiler on f82?

Am I going crazy or is this an e92 high kick spoiler on this f82? I think it would honestly look great if it fitted the trunk just a little better

It's missing like 1/3 of an inch on each side and maybe needs to be moved 1/5 of an inch towards the back.
