NEED HELP. Sizing question.

Hello,

I recently purchased a set of Forgestar SDC wheels for my e92 M3.
The wheels are 19x10 et20 on all 4 corners. I purchased a set of Pirelli
265/30r19 tires for front and back.

Since then I have noticed my ride quality has become very uncomfortable.

In addition I would like to lower my car using either H&R or Eibach springs.

What I want to know is will I be able to switch my tires to 265/35r19 all around and lower my car using springs with out rubbing or clearance issues?

My intention is to get a more comfortable ride as well as help close the wheel gap by using both springs and larger sidewalls.

Please help me answer this so I can purchase the correct tires.

Please post pics if you have any of cars running similar setups.

Thanks,

Moe

What made you choose those sizes? You might have a hard time in the front with a 265/35... Rear is fine

I chose 265 because any smaller then the tire would have that stretched look on a 10" wide rim.

As far as the wheels go, I got a good deal on that exact set. Didnt really have another option.

I know it can work. I just need someone who has done it to chime in.

Thanks,

Moe

Well the 265/35s are .5" taller than the stock 19's for the front and .9" taller than what you currently have on there now. So you need to decide if they are going to fit or not if you increase the sidewall. If you want a thicker sidewall, you need to get a 255 tire. Then you can run 35's in the front. The rears will be fine with the 265/35 since that is the stock size.
