Tire load rating issues

I'm trying to buy some 275/35/18 re11 tires for my Apex wheels but discount tire won't sell them as the M3 came with a 97 load rated tire and the 275/35/18 tires are 95. Is there an issue running 95 vs 97 on the M3?

Don't tell them what car it's going on, or lie. Simple. Tell them to bite it if they press you more.

Our front tires have a load rating of 93 and the rear have a load rating of 97. with that said I know numerous people running a 95 load rating in the rear with no issues.

Hit up a different discount tire, when I purchased through them they did the same thing. I went to a different location and all the guy needed was verbal consent that I understand the difference and still want the tires.

I tell them they are for my hand-built race car.

I ended up going to another Discount Tire store and they sold them to me after I acknowledged the difference.
