ACS springs on my F80

Very pleased with these! These are just installed pics so I'd expect it to settle slightly over the next 1k miles or so. But ride, handling is per standard.

Comfort is absolutely brilliant. I drove the 250 miles home in sport mode and the car rode smoother than stock springs.

Good Choice! In my opinion ACS is still the best way to go if you just want to do springs... Had H&R before and they were crap...I'm curious how the ACS feel with my 20' wheels which should be delivered in the next week...

Yeah I wanted springs only which suits me, have used H&R and eibach on previous cars but the reports on F80 H&R bouncing etc put me off.

I did test drive the ACS demo M4 with the RS Coilovers on it and the car was utterly transformed! With 510hp it was more composed and put the power down much much much better than mine with standard power.

I have these on my car as well, car is very comfortable when I want it to be. I am thinking of going with the Dinan roll bars and toe links as a good compliment with these. Edit. Front sway bar and adj. end links as a compliment to these springs. H&R 30mm and Fall line end links.

It's between these and Eibach. Leaning towards ACS as I don't like the "rake" Eibach has and reports of float at speed.

Your car looks great!

I have "float" under hard acceleration with my ACS springs, currently looking for a solution. Considering adj sway bar end links.

I didn't want to hear this. If I knew what I knew now I would of opted for the passive suspension (I have adaptive) and replaced it with the Öhlins Road & Track coil overs

I typically run sport setting, but under hard acceleration the front end gets darty. My car is a lease and I don't track so the adaptive was the best fit I felt.

You can't compare EDC and lower springs with a solution like KW Clubsport or the mentioned Öhlins. EDC is working nicely on the road and the lower springs make the car look more aggressive and it's adjustable. When your lowered car still feels similar to the OEM springs anything's fine and that's what ACS springs do very well in comparison to other products. If you plan to take your car to race tracks frequently i'd go with KW, Öhlin or wait for the Bilstein Damptronic (which is adjustable like EDC)

I drove their demo car with the Schnitzer RS Coilovers on and it was outstanding, fixed damping but the car was so planted it was unreal. My car is a lease or I would be very tempted to those.

Not noticed any "float" or wandering on these yet. I had the alignment set up after they were fitted and it drives absolutely spot on!

I have ACS springs for about 5K miles now and they have been great. I have not noticed any issues and have WOT many times without issues. Ride quality is very good.

Few more pics now it's settled slightly more at the front I'd say.

Very happy with the height knowing that it was one of the most subtle drops on the market. This is a daily driver and I still have to negotiate car park ramps etc.

I have been driving in sport plus for suspension lately and it seems to have quieted the front end down a bit on hard acceleration. The ACS springs are great, the float was on hard acceleration where the fdront almost seems to wander or get darty.
