265/35/20F 305/25/20R out the question?

265/30/20 in front. Wheel 20x9.5 +16
305/25/20 in rear. Wheel 20x11 +35

I came across a really nice forged wheels that were mounted on a M4 and was wondering if they'll fit my e90 M3.

What are your guys thoughts or experience with such size.

Did some research but couldn't come up with an answer.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Doubt it, the front tire will rub like crazy because of the o.d. A 255/35-19 rubs a little and it is 26.0. The 265/30-20 is 26.3.
The rear will fit tire wise but the offset will be off. You would need to run spacers for proper fitment.
IMHO one of the good things the e92 has over the f80 is the deep wheels. The new cars dont have that due to a wider track

So with spacers in the rear and 255/30/20 front it could possibly work?

the rear will fit as is, the offset is not bad for aftermarket. The 255 will work in the front. 255/305 is serious stagger though, you will notice the decrease in front grip. If I were to run 20s it would be 255/295 on those wheels. The sidewall stretch will match front to rear with that setup. a 255 is pretty stretched on a 9.5 and a 305 is not stretched on a 11.

Rear will fit fine, run 11 inch 20s on with +et 34 with 305's and 315's. Dunno about the offsets on those fronts though.

Thanks for all your feedback guys. As long as the wheels work I can get right tires for front.

Will they fit? Yes. Will it be optimal? No.

Which wheels are they, btw?

I figured they wouldn't be optimal as they are too aggressive for this car. I don't really drive aggressive, got that out of me when I had the AMG, and I also know the speedometer read will be compromised but this wheels are too good to pass up.

They are Vossen VPS306 forged wheels. Owner paid $8k for the wheels alone and only put 3k miles on them.

Ah gotcha. The fronts will be more of an issue than the rears. Rears will sit 2-3mm more aggressive than OEM ZCP's - which is nothing to worry about, tbh. Fronts, however, will be 18mm more aggressive than OEM ZCP's. If you really love the wheels I suppose you could just deal - or maybe switch to a narrower tire in front.

Maybe it wouldn't be a bad thing in the future to step down to a 255 to buy you a little bit of clearance when those 265's in front wear out

Looks good, doe!

This was right after I dropped the vehicle off the jack and the suspension was not settled. It sits perfect for my taste now after it settled.

Thank you for all your help fellas. The fronts were rubbing a bit and the vehicle felt lazy with such wheels so I took them off.
