Dinan power pulley woes
Omg this thing is hard to get on. (PowerSteering/AC belt)
Any pointers?

They have a reputation for tight belt fit. I would try pre stretching the belts. I have leveraged and pried belts before and also hung weight from them. Block on bottom of jack to block on top of jack and then raise jack. You may have to be creative. 1/4 inch would probably help.

It's easier with two people. Get a buddy to wrench down on the tensioner pulley while you slip the belt over the dinan pulley. Of course, don't exert too much force to damage the tensioner pulley, but max it out to give you enough slack on the belt.
