OEM lug bolts getting rusty
My OEM lug bolts have started developing surface rust and it really looks awful. Does anyone have any suggestions on cleaning this up? Would rather not replace these if I don't have to, as this seems like it's just cosmetic.

If you change wheels pretty frequently, it's best to change out the bolts since they do fail at times.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

+1, replace it if cost isnt an issue. Or just rub it hard with so dw40 + rag and try to take most of the rust off.

lift the car and block it, remove the lugs and soak them for an hour in WD40 ... rust is gone!
