Recommended Tire size and brand!

Hello guys.
I'm waiting for my BBS E05 to arrive.
Wheel specs are
18X10 ET25 18X11 ET25

I'm planning to run 275/35/18 on front and 295/35/18 on rear.

Here's my question.

I experienced rubbing with 18/35/285 with toyo proxes t1 on my te37sl.
My shop told me toyo sidewalls are fat.

Will PSS work with this setup?
Or which tire will work with this setup?

Thank you for reading!

Are the ET35s a typo? If not those don't sound like they are the proper fitment for an E9X M3. You should be running an ET25 for a 10" wide wheel and the 11" rear.
