Samco Sport silicone coolant hoses
First set of coolant hoses for the 328i and 128i 6MT are shipping now. If fit is verified next week, or so, the kit will be available for purchase for $225.02, at last quote, on their site.
I get nothing from this at all and am not affiliated in any way with Samco Sport. I had a full set of hoses shipped from the dealership to Samco in the UK and worked out the part numbers for 6MT use.

So what is the ultimate benefit of these? Does it reduce engine bay temps or what? Looks like a nice kit

Just tougher silicone hoses, nothing else really. Would think they'd be more unlikely to fail under sustained heavy use. ymmv of course

I did it for the hell of it, the car's designed to run the Autobahn so I'm guessing it'd be nearly impossible to have a failure in the coolant lines. May look awesome, or whatever, but no one's ever going to see them, really.
