After your text I went to Bmw Canbec and for an 08 theyre quoting 23000 that's with the info you provided and keeping in mind there are no problems with the car.

I traded my 2009 grey e92 m3 with red interior with 41000kms in 2014 for 33500.

36000$ is high.

I'm in Montreal if you'd like to meet in person I'm open to it.

Bmw laval quoted me 31-32k in April as a trade in... Not sure how Canbec gave you something as low as 23... but then again i'm not surprised because its Canbec and they suck.

at 29k you will have to settle for an 08 with higher mileage, more owners and probably more accidents. Or you'd have to shop for an E90- theres plenty posted for 30k.

Given that you've already had an E92 M3 previously, i'm pretty sure you know that paying up an extra couple of grand up front for peace of mind is much nicer than dealing with headaches later on.
