Spring Install Price

Hey, just wondering for those of you that have springs installed, what are the prices you guys are paying/getting quoted on the install? I hit one shop up and they came back with $800...now i know this isn't a Honda but $800 seems a bit steep for a spring install? I could be wrong though...thoughts?

I paid $1100 parts and labor for H&R. I also thought it was ridiculous. Apparently they need to remove a bunch of interior stuff to put the rear springs on.

The rear springs are where most of the labor comes into play.
The front are pretty easy.
$800 including an alignment is fair for Southern California.
Of course depends on the shops labor rate also.

I paid $800 for my spring set with sway bars. The rear shocks is where most of the labor is at due to having to remove the rear seats and few other items to access the rear springs.

Dealer wanted 12 hours of labor @ $160 / hour ... That's a rip off

Thanks for the feedback. I called around a few other places and it's well over $800. Now if my damn spacers would hurry up and get here so I can get the springs and spacers installed!

if dealership installs H&R and you have a suspension issue, how does that go? will they deny coverage, or work on it BECAUSE they installed it?
