HELP please boost issues

Hey guys just picked up a 2008 135i and when I run Cobb or mhd I can't get boost in first gear.

On e30'and e40 map , I know in my 335i I would get around 21psi to 18.5

As right now 1st gear 0 psi
2nd gear 16.9
3rd gear around 13-14

Please help if anyone has any thoughts I've done the following

Charge pipe is secure and is vrsf with tail q and o ring is present

Vacuum is staying in canisters I pulled off line and air came out so I know it's got vacuum , all lines look good no damage as well

who hits boost in first gear ? good luck

On my 2007 335i in m1 in ds mode I would pull boost up to like 10 psi
