Low Boost Pressure

For the last 2 days my 2009 135i has felt down on power. I pulled codes - nothing of consequence. I then did a little bit of logging - see attached graph.

A quick bit of looking around, nothing thorough, did not yield any obvious boost leaks (charge pipe, diverter valves, hoses, etc.). There is no obvious boost leak noise and no odd rattles.

My next step is to pressurize the system and do a complete boost leak check. My guess, however, is that I have a waste gate failing on one of the turbos. Is there a quick way to check for this?

Thoughts?

I was just about to sell (I have had a Focus RS on order since October 13 that has yet to get a build date - never buying another Ford).

Orange is actual boost, grey is target.

Use a mirror and check for a broken niple on the bottom of vacuum res. Pinched / kinked lines routed by the coolant bottle. Assuming it's a n54.
Are you modded?

Thanks for the thoughts. No broken nipples as far as I can tell. Definitely an N54 - only a tune for modifications. This may change if I end up doing turbos .

I did do a little more testing this weekend. I pressurized the system to about 5 - 7 psi and looked for leaks. When I did so, I heard a large rush of air from the area of the turbos. Such a fun area to search for a leak... It does appear to be coming from the rear turbo - but not sure where. I recorded a quick video if anyone is interested. I put the phone where I could actually feel the air rushing out.

Suggestions welcome

Well - I just did a bit of research and it appears I was chasing the rear turbo intake tube connection. Not a boost leak, but rather the low pressure connection from the intake.

The search continues...

Just a quick update. I replaced all of the vacuum lines and everything is back to normal. $14 well spent .
