Ze 40 wheel fitment

I want to buy ze40 wheels but only sizes in Stock any anywhere are 9.5 inch in the 19 inch. It comes in a 38 or 22 offset. This would be for the front. Which would be the right offset and would it clear without problem

The correct offset for the front would be the et22.

Tire sizes:

255/35/19

265/30/19

275/30/19

I would prefer the 255 or 275 width tires, mainly because they are the closest to the original outside diameter.

I might be off by a pound they're much lighter than ZCP 359s if that's what you've got now. Look into 18" apex

I have learned wheels, for performance make no sense given stock is 25.5 front and 26 rear weight because even if you save 3 or 4 pounds on a lighter wheel, almost all of these, are wider wheels and will require a wider Tire which as,I just looked adds 3 or 4 pounds onto the weight. Not only totsl weight but you now have more mass at the furthest diameter from the center and thus the most costly place for mass in a rotational object.

It's almost worse with 18s. Wheel is lighter but the larger profile tires again weigh significantly more let alone extra mass if you go wider.

I guess it makes sense if you want a different look but the stock wheels, with really light tires in Stock size has biggest performance edge.

Now if you can find lighter wherls in a 9 inch front and 10 inch rear and use stock Tire sizes tgere is a bit of value gained.

Surprised more carbon fiber wheels haven't hit market. A stock size wheel at 14 pounds woukd be significant
